In addition, this survey summarizes actual cash bonuses paid as a percent of salary as well as the potential earning opportunity under a performance-based cash incentive plan at target and maximum performance levels, where available. With over 200 community/regional bank participants, this survey serves as a vital resource for strategic compensation decision-making.
